One bag contains 25g, corresponding to approximately 18-25 whole flowers depending on the size. The dosage is ½-1 flower per cup of cacao or tea.

• Let your cacao simmer together with the flowers on low heat and remove them before enjoying your cacao.

For tea:

• Brew tea by simply pouring hot water over a single flower for a beautiful and simple tea experience.
